How to Reach?

There are multiple daily flights to the Maldives (Velana International Airport) from all major cities across India. On reaching the airport in the Maldives a speedboat will transfer you from the airport to the resort and a similar speedboat will escort you back to the airport on the last day. Arena Beach Hotel is 30 km away from Maldives International Airport and can be reached via a 20-minutes Speed boat.

Confirmation Policy

• A confirmation email will be made available within 24-48 working hours of successful booking.
• In case the rooms/preferred slots are unavailable, an alternate schedule of the customer’s preference will be arranged and a new confirmation voucher will be sent via email.

Refund Policy

• In case of getting tested positive for COVID-19, a reschedule will be provided at a later date.
• In case of Lockdown within the city/state/country, a reschedule will be provided with the same resort on a later date.
• In case of unavailability of Rooms, a refund is applicable or an alternate hotel/resort will be made available
• In case flights are booked with us, refund/rescheduling as per airlines policy applicable.

Cancellation Policy

• If cancellation are made 25 days before the date of travel then 20.0% of total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees
• If cancellation are made 0 days to 25 days before the date of travel then 100.0% of total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees

Payment Terms Policy

• 20.0% of total tour cost will have to be paid 0 days before the date of booking
• 80.0% of total tour cost will have to be paid 20 days before the date of travel
